One of the most exciting days of the week is Saturday’s when we get to see Rheal Thibodeau. We are so honoured to be able to collaborate with such an amazing person with an aligned vision and mission for community building while helping to reduce food waste and fight food insecurity. Way to go Rhéal and volunteers! L’Acadien Préférer is touching the hearts of many and these are the people Arks Harvest loves to support. With boots on the ground and an immense amount of compassion, love, understanding and respect for each person and their story. We are all doing our part to keep empty bellies full. Yes The Holy Trinity Anglican Church brought them in so they can be working in partnership with them, and are also helping the cause having provided space to cook and serve indoors.
Our parishioners have been amazingly helpful and generous. 🙏✝️ Something else we learned Mr Rheal and his partners Drive to Ottawa to drop off for the vulnerable as well as providing here in our community and surrounding areas. 👏 Many are gaining strength from the hearts of this
Collaboration. Thanks to everyone. Merci Beaucoup and especially those donating not just their time but extra things dropped off making it possible to share. Stop in 444 Stanley and put in a couple dollars to help with their gaz. Toiletries are needed and cleaning products. If you want to drop off homemade ready to serve or canned we are handing out also. Blankets, jackets, mitts, hats, gloves etc.
